Shopify Operations Specialist – Global E‑Commerce Fulfillment

About the role

GK Hair is expanding its international e‑commerce footprint and needs a hands‑on Shopify Operations Specialist to own and scale eight Shopify stores across multiple regions. You will be the central point for order processing, product catalog management, inventory coordination, and ERP integration while collaborating with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders and manage order flow for all global Shopify storefronts.
• Create, update and optimise product listings, collections, pricing and promotions per region.
• Maintain product images and content, ensuring brand consistency across markets.
• Monitor stock levels in international 3PL warehouses (USA, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and handle manual orders when sync failures occur.
• Coordinate with logistics partners (Flexport, Locad, Emmjay, Parcel Ship, CSS, WAPI, E‑Shipper+).
• Ensure accurate product and order data in ERP systems and manage multi‑currency pricing.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for global leadership, tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, fulfillment accuracy and stock‑out rate.
• Resolve order issues in partnership with customer service and warehouse teams across time zones.
• Support global marketing campaigns, flash sales and seasonal promotions using Shopify tools and apps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E‑Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify stores at a global scale.
• Highly organised, data‑driven and comfortable handling multiple currencies, time zones and storefronts.
