About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Growth Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The role focuses on producing engaging short‑form video content, tracking social media trends, and expanding our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Research current social media trends and identify content opportunities.
• Plan, create and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Shoot product, lifestyle and behind‑the‑scenes videos.
• Edit high‑quality Reels and short‑form videos for social platforms.
• Develop content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
• Support the design of paid advertising creatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional Reel and short‑form video editing.
• Proven ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
• Experience with Meta Ads, influencer collaborations, or e‑commerce brands is a plus.
