Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our overseas social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. The role involves creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and analysing performance to strengthen our brand image internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Operate daily activities of overseas social media accounts, including content creation, shooting, editing, account maintenance and audience interaction.
• Plan and execute campaigns and activities to increase followers, boost engagement and reinforce brand perception.
• Leverage real‑time trends and hot topics to produce viral content that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers and media partners to expand reach and secure advertising resources.
• Monitor account metrics, conduct regular performance reviews and optimise content strategies.
• Research competitors and market trends in overseas markets to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on material preparation, event execution and cross‑functional marketing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, new media, design or related fields.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing overseas social media platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, take responsibility and integrate quickly into a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience in photography, videography and short‑video editing.
• Familiarity with design software for visual content creation.
• Data analysis for social media performance.
