Social Media Marketing Specialist – Meta (US Market)

About the role

Pro Digital Service is seeking a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for US‑based clients. Based onsite in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, you will design, launch, and optimise performance‑driven campaigns that generate leads, conversions and strong ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy and campaign structures.
• Monitor performance, optimise for leads, conversions and ROAS.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and tracking events.
• Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, development and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Stay current with Meta platform updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience managing Meta ads for US clients.
• Demonstrated track record of measurable ROI, ROAS or lead‑generation results.
• Professional spoken English for client communication.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
