Associate Business Director - Content

About the role

WPP Media is looking for an Associate Business Director – Content to shape and execute integrated content strategies for leading brands. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and content partners to drive impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies across digital and social platforms.
• Lead content planning meetings, campaign discussions and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external content partners.
• Maintain content processes, workflows and approvals in line with organisational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance, engagement and audience reach.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team development.

Required profile

• Proven ability to understand client brands, tone of voice and content objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience leading collaborative, creative teams.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
