Social Media Specialist & Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist and Video Editor to produce short‑form video content, manage our presence across multiple domestic and international platforms, and support sales through engaging digital communication.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short videos, add covers, subtitles, background music and perform basic image retouching.
• Publish and manage content on Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, WeChat Channels, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
• Monitor comments, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and provide quotations and order follow‑up.
• Write Chinese and English copy, titles and hashtags for each post.
• Organise, classify and archive all video and photo assets.
• Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies to boost exposure and sales conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong aesthetic sense and intuition for short‑video trends.
• Basic English reading and writing ability.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work long‑term under management direction.
• Interest or experience in gemstone, mineral and cross‑border trade is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software, specifically CapCut.
