Social Media Strategy Manager

About the role

Ustossdown is seeking a Social Media Strategy Manager to lead and own social media strategies for national and international food‑industry clients. You will ensure that every campaign aligns with brand positioning and business objectives while driving engagement and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Create and oversee content direction and monthly calendars across all platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to launch platform‑specific campaigns.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve social media performance.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and platform insights to optimize KPIs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
• Identify and implement innovative content formats and growth opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
• Lead planning for campaigns, launches, and key marketing moments.
• Track client activities and ensure process alignment within internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media strategy experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
