Software Developer II – Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, Asynchronous Programming)

About the role

The Software Developer II will join the SPG Salesforce team to provide backend support for our Salesforce and cloud‑based CRM platforms. You will build scalable, high‑availability solutions using Agile methodologies, contributing to the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in an Agile team delivering enhancements to the enterprise Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Take part in design sessions, create technical design documents, and lead technical walkthroughs.
• Develop reusable components and common services while adhering to corporate development standards.
• Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and support production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, including Batch, Queueable, and Future methods.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS, MVC, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with VS Code and standard development tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
