Software Engineer (Python, React) – AI Products

About the role

Credminds is an AI-focused software company building SaaS applications for startups and SMBs across the US, UK, GCC and Europe. We’re a lean team that ships fast and delivers real results. Everything we build has AI in it somewhere: agents, voice pipelines, retrieval systems, workflow automation, much of it running on models we host ourselves.

Key responsibilities

• Build features end‑to‑end: Python backend (Django/DRF or FastAPI) and React or Next.js frontend.
• Ship AI workflows for real users: LLM integrations, tool‑calling agents, RAG pipelines, structured outputs.
• Measure what you ship: evals, golden sets, cost and latency, and explain the impact.
• Debug production issues such as slow endpoints, duplicate webhooks, failed background jobs, or poor model outputs.
• Use AI coding tools daily and critically review their output.
• Take ambiguous problems, break them down, propose trade‑offs and ship solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience shipping production software with a completed bachelor’s degree.
• Python backend experience in production; Django/DRF preferred, FastAPI acceptable.
• Hands‑on AI engineering experience: LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or RAG pipelines.
• Comfortable working with React or Next.js.
• Clear communicator, both in writing and on calls.
