Specialist – Tower Operations Center (TOC)

About the role

The Specialist in the Tower Operations Center (TOC) will drive reporting, analytics, and remote support for network fault monitoring. You will enhance the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) platform by creating new use cases, automating workflows, and enabling touch‑free operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present KPI reports for local and group management with actionable insights.
• Audit monitoring and performance tools to ensure accurate alerts and reporting.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for onsite RMS issues and resolve them quickly.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of major incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Support MSPs with real‑time monitoring, incident escalation, and SLA/OLA compliance.
• Review and improve TOC processes for efficiency and standards compliance.
• Offer remote assistance to field teams for fault resolution on monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to expand platform capabilities and develop new use cases.
• Assist planning teams in new product trials with technical expertise.
• Train FLM teams on tool usage, best practices, and process compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives across monitoring and operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4‑6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a technical or functional role.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics and vendor management.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
