Supply Chain Lead

About the role

Melbrew Coffee is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across Pakistan. The role combines strategic oversight of procurement, logistics and warehousing with hands‑on involvement in international sourcing, especially from China.

Key responsibilities

• Lead national supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management and distribution.
• Manage local and international sourcing, negotiate with suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
• Handle import/export operations, ensuring correct documentation, customs clearance, duties and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate international purchases and supplier visits, with a focus on China.
• Oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy and manage nationwide distribution.
• Develop supply chain KPIs, dashboards and regular management reports.
• Lead special projects such as system improvements, process optimisation and new product launches.
• Ensure cost efficiency, timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Pakistan.
• Proven experience managing warehouses and national distribution networks.
• Experience sourcing from China or other international markets is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
