About the role
We are seeking a proactive Support Specialist to join an international team that delivers a wide range of services across multiple markets. The role focuses on delivering timely assistance to customers through various communication channels while also gathering valuable feedback to improve our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and speed.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers and partners to provide updates or resolve pending issues.
- Document feature requests and share effective workarounds with internal teams.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing departments.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Strong passion for helping people and clear communication.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑management experience.
