Systems Engineer – IT Support

About the role

The Systems Engineer – IT Support will ensure all IT infrastructure runs smoothly and users receive optimal service. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, network equipment, and collaboration platforms across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and IT peripherals such as printers and scanners.
• Administer user accounts, Domain Controller, and Office 365 profiles, including SharePoint site creation and Power Automate flows.
• Assess new IT requirements, procure equipment, and maintain an up‑to‑date asset inventory.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and meeting room equipment (cameras, microphones, speakers).
• Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and network bandwidth usage.
• Manage anti‑virus solutions and coordinate escalations with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ICT or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and systems engineering.
• Microsoft certifications (Office 365, SharePoint) are a plus.

Required skills

• Computer hardware installation and OS configuration.
• Office 365 administration, SharePoint Online design, and Power Automate (Microsoft Flows).
• Network equipment setup, LAN/WAN installation, and wireless (WLAN) configuration.
• Anti‑virus deployment and basic video‑conferencing setup.
• Domain Controller user administration and peripheral management.
