About the role

We are looking for motivated HR and recruitment professionals to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather and share feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
