Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team supporting retail and restaurant POS solutions. You will ensure our hardware and software environments run smoothly and help users get the most out of our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, IP addresses and related components.
• Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches.
• Troubleshoot system failures, bugs and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct maintenance sessions to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Provide timely technical support and train users on proper computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components and internet security principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.
