Telemarketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads, identifying new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow‑up activities.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Either fresh or at least 6 months of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence in cold calling.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate persuasively.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; experience with UAE or international clients.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
