Tender Bid Writer – Security Industry

About the role

Eagle Security Protection Ltd is seeking a full‑time, hybrid Tender Bid Writer based in Lahore. You will craft persuasive, compliant proposals for security‑service contracts, primarily targeting the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and tender documents to develop tailored responses.
• Write, edit and proofread proposals, ensuring adherence to bidding guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
• Maintain and update a library of template proposals and bid documentation.
• Monitor deadlines and manage the submission process to guarantee timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid procedures and documentation quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience writing bids/tenders for the UK market.
• Understanding of security services or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong research, analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business or a related field.
