About the role
The Territory Sales Officer will lead the distributor and organization teams in Thatta, deploying company strategies to meet local business needs. You will train, motivate and manage the team to achieve both short‑term sales targets and long‑term growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a permanent journey plan for the territory.
- Screen, hire and onboard Order Bookers and DSRs.
- Ensure execution of the Annual Operating Plan and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify stock requirements at the warehouse and manage inventory flow.
- Achieve volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop capabilities of distributors and their workforce.
- Roll out Sales OOR modules and sales software across distributor teams.
- Optimize use of promotional budgets, subsidies, stale allowances, DSR salaries and van rentals.
- Conduct in‑market training, coaching and regular follow‑up.
- Drive new account development and weekly KPI reporting to the ASM.
- Manage PI assets such as racks and ensure proper utilization.
Required profile
- University graduate (BA) with a strong sense of urgency.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or distribution role (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong leadership, people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent team‑player attitude with multitasking capability.
- Analytical mindset and ability to maintain work speed.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
- PowerPoint for creating presentations.
