Territory Specialist Pharma

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Territory Specialist to drive field‑based sales of pharmaceutical products across multiple regions. The successful candidate will visit doctors, pharmacies and distributors daily, build strong relationships, and meet defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to doctors, pharmacies and other healthcare clients.
• Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver effective product detailing and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and visit reports.
• Coordinate with the sales manager for target planning and execution.

Required profile

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical field sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated personality.
• Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
