Treatment Planning Setup & Stepping Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Treatment Planning Setup & Stepping Operator to join our dental aligner team in Lahore. The role involves digitally preparing and staging aligner cases for both business‑to‑business and direct‑to‑consumer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform digital setup and stepping of B2B and D2C aligner cases following established protocols.
• Work with 3D scans to plan tooth movements and create staging sequences.
• Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models.
• Maintain high case quality, accuracy and meet turnaround‑time targets.
• Coordinate closely with Quality and Clinical teams to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a Dental Technologist qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with an eye for subtle visual differences.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) and associated offs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital dental design tools such as Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer or AutoCAD.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using 3‑D modeling software.
