Truck Dispatcher

About the role

Recruiffy is recruiting on behalf of a US‑based trucking and freight company for a Truck Dispatcher located in Islamabad. The role involves coordinating loads, negotiating with brokers and shippers, and maintaining clear communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.com.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to maximize revenue per mile.
• Monitor driver locations and provide real‑time trip updates.
• Handle rate confirmations, load confirmations, and dispatch sheets.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver activity.
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, and delivery issues promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of truck dispatching experience, preferably in the US market.
• Hands‑on experience with DAT, Truckstop.com or similar load boards.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work US business hours (night shift in Pakistan).
• Knowledge of US lanes, geography and freight markets.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

What we offer

• Basic salary of PKR 65,000 per month.
• Commission of 10 % per successfully dispatched load.
