Truck Dispatcher – Logistics Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team. You will coordinate loads, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth daily operations for semi‑truck drivers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch semi‑truck drivers to optimise load planning.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to secure profitable loads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and clients.
• Monitor driver locations, schedules, and delivery progress.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatching systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher, preferably in the US market.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Fast learner with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations (advantageous).
• Proficiency with dispatching software and general computer applications.
