Yellow Fleet Supervisor

About the role

The Yellow Fleet Supervisor will oversee the maintenance, logistics and operational readiness of the company’s yellow‑fleet equipment – cranes, excavators, loaders and other heavy machinery – at project sites in Balochistan. The role ensures that all equipment is available, safe and performing optimally to support construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of cranes, excavators and related heavy equipment.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of fleet assets with operations and logistics teams.
• Monitor equipment utilization, breakdowns, fuel consumption and service schedules.
• Maintain spare‑parts, lubricants and consumables inventory to guarantee equipment availability.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, inspection reports and equipment history.
• Liaise with vendors and workshops for repairs, technical support and spare‑part procurement.
• Track operator performance and enforce proper equipment handling practices.
• Assist project teams in equipment planning, deployment and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in heavy‑equipment maintenance and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment operations and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
