UK VAT & Amazon Compliance Executive

About the role
Kzone is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage UK VAT records and support its Amazon operations. The role involves ensuring VAT compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing reporting for Amazon sales.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate UK VAT for Amazon transactions.
- Maintain accurate VAT records and digital financial files.
- Prepare and submit VAT reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the UK finance team on VAT matters.
- Monitor Amazon sales reports and reconcile settlements.
- Support inventory and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UK VAT regulations.
- Assist management with financial analysis when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience with UK VAT (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central reports.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
