About the role

The Umrah Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Umrah pilgrimage services for QFC GROUP PVT Ltd. Based in Islamabad, this full‑time, on‑site role ensures seamless travel experiences for pilgrims while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for Umrah groups.
• Liaise with vendors, airlines, hotels, and local partners to secure services and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure all operations comply with government regulations and industry best practices.
• Supervise a team of staff, monitor performance, and manage operational costs.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and planning abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and problem‑solving.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Umrah process, relevant regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Vendor management, including negotiation and contract administration.
• Proficiency with business software and reporting tools.
