Umrah Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Umrah Sales Representative to join our Lahore office on a full‑time basis. The role involves assisting UK‑based clients in planning their Umrah journeys, offering expert advice on packages, flights, hotels and visa requirements, and guiding them through the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from UK customers.
• Explain Umrah packages, flight options, hotel accommodations and visa procedures.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the journey.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies and Umrah regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Umrah or travel sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong spoken English are welcome.
• Excellent communication and sales skills in English.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Professional attitude with strong follow‑up and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and eager to grow professionally.
