Umrah Travel Agent – On‑site in Shekhupura

About the role

IDEAL FLIGHTS LTD is seeking a dedicated Umrah Travel Agent to join its on‑site team in Shekhupura. You will guide customers through every step of their Umrah journey, from initial inquiry to post‑travel support, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning, booking, and managing Umrah packages, including flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transport.
• Provide accurate information on Umrah requirements, visa procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare quotations, confirm reservations, and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
• Handle payments, maintain organized records, and address after‑sales changes or special requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service standards and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, tourism, or ticketing, preferably with exposure to Umrah or religious travel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Urdu, Arabic, or other relevant languages is an advantage.
