US Healthcare Billing Specialist – Night Shift (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking experienced US Healthcare Billing Specialists to join our Karachi office on the night shift. The position covers two key areas – Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing and Physician billing – and supports US‑based insurance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and update insurance eligibility for patients.
• Submit claims to US insurance carriers and follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims.
• Manage appeals, corrections, and resubmissions of claims.
• Track accounts receivable, post payments, and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
• For DME specialists: handle DME claim processing, prior authorizations, Medicare/Medicaid follow‑up, and equipment‑related billing.
• For Physician specialists: process physician claims, ensure CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS coding compliance, and document work in EMR/billing systems.

Required profile

• Prior experience in US DME billing or physician billing.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing workflows and AR processes.
• Familiarity with medical coding standards (CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift onsite in Karachi.
