US Truck Dispatcher (Onsite – Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore. The role involves managing loads for US‑based freight, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries while working night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Find and book profitable loads using DAT, TruckStop, and other load boards.
• Negotiate rates with freight brokers and secure optimal contracts.
• Dispatch drivers, monitor shipments, and adjust routes as needed.
• Plan routes and appointment schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Resolve delivery issues and maintain clear communication with drivers and brokers.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on US truck dispatch experience.
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Power Only trucks.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, HOS, detention, TONU, layover, and rate negotiation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Based in Lahore and able to work onsite.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 100,000 per month.
