Visa Consultant / Tourist Visa Sales Executive

About the role

Ezee Visas is seeking a motivated Visa Consultant / Tourist Visa Sales Executive to join its remote team. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in tourist and visit visas, guiding them through the application process and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding tourist and visit visas.
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Guide clients throughout the visa application process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with visa regulations and travel requirements for various destinations.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, tourist visa sales, travel agency operations, or immigration services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proven ability to handle sales inquiries and close deals.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
