Warehouse Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will act as the bridge between the floor team and the inventory team, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes and accurate daily project operations within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control daily warehouse project operations and activities.
• Monitor operational timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide alternative solutions to the Warehouse Manager for any operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Inventory team to define cycle‑count and stock‑take schedules.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound daily activities in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
• Verify that physical stock matches system records and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and document regular operational reports in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant warehousing experience in a multinational or well‑known logistics company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Ability to influence teams, think strategically, and take initiative.
• Excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills.
