Web3 Developer Relations Assistant

About the role

Avento Labs is looking for a Web3 Developer Relations Assistant to support the head of Developer Relations. You will help keep the globally distributed team aligned, stay on top of technical updates, and contribute to the company’s Web3 ecosystem initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate follow‑up meetings, ensuring all participants are aligned.
• Monitor technical updates across projects to stay informed.
• Proofread technical and non‑technical documents to maintain content quality.
• Use Jira to track tasks and keep workflows smooth.
• Research grants, hackathons, and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Assist in evaluating vendors and resources for quality and fit.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Engage in community chats, social media, and events to keep the company’s presence active.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in developer relations or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and independent time management.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with flexibility to work across Europe or Asia time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira for task management.
• Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.
