Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

About the role

We are seeking energetic and confident sales professionals to join our team as Appointment Setters and Cold Callers. You will work on‑site in DHA Phase 7 Extension, Karachi, handling outbound calls during the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift. The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce company services and identify interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work the specified shift.
• Prior experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
