Audit Supervisor – Senior Auditor Role

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead audit engagements for a client in Lahore, ensuring compliance with audit standards and delivering high‑quality reports. The role requires a strong Big 4 background and the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple audit engagements from planning to completion, adhering to methodology and quality standards.
• Review audit team work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Identify financial and operational risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact during audits, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen financial integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5‑6 years of audit experience, primarily at a Big 4 firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG).
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA or CPA are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles.
