B2B Sourcing Manager (Mandarin Required) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Sourcing Manager with strong Mandarin skills to lead our international procurement activities on major Chinese B2B platforms. This remote position will focus on identifying reliable OEM/ODM partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end vendor management for Chinese suppliers and service providers.
• Communicate in Mandarin and English to negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Identify and evaluate OEM/ODM manufacturers via Alibaba, 1688, and Made‑in‑China.
• Coordinate international shipments and oversee logistics to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and business service providers.
• Handle procurement activities including order placement, follow‑up, and quality control.
• Conduct market research to source new suppliers and improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing within China‑related markets.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with high professionalism and ability to work independently.
