About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Facilitate connections between prospective users and our product team.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and onboarding.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of hiring managers, recruiters or HR leaders.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
