About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market reach. You will build strong client relationships, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to craft winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to spot market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create strategies and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches.
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Required skills
