Business Developer & CSR – Healthcare Billing (6 Months Experience)

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, helping them focus on patient care while billing, compliance and collections are handled by certified billing specialists, coders and revenue experts. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Developer and Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Lahore with about six months of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing healthcare clients and present the company's billing and RCM services
• Support business development through calls, meetings and follow-ups
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
• Maintain clear communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Update CRM tools and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with billing and operations teams to improve customer experience and business growth

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development or customer service; fresh graduates with internships may also apply
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Customer-facing skills: customer service, customer support and customer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Basic understanding of healthcare or medical billing is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g. MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
