About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and support high‑value deal closures. The ideal candidate has proven outbound sales and lead‑generation experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads using professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and Smartlead.
- Conduct outreach via calls and emails to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the closing team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead‑generation and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
- E‑commerce industry experience required; Amazon services or digital marketing preferred.
- Confidence in handling international clients and remote sales processes.
