About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Lead Generation Manager to own outbound lead generation and consistently secure qualified meetings with decision‑makers. This performance‑driven position directly influences business growth and leadership success.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email sequences.
- Identify and connect with key decision‑makers across target accounts.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
- Develop structured follow‑up and outreach workflows.
- Maintain CRM data, manage pipeline activity, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimise conversion rates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
- Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self‑driven, accountable, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Background in BPO, SaaS, agencies, or outsourcing is a plus.
