Call Centre Agent - Insurance Night Shift

About the role

Prime Work Services, a Lahore-based call centre specialising in outbound sales and telemarketing for US and UK clients, is hiring a full-time, on-site Call Centre Agent for its insurance campaigns. The agent handles outbound calls to customers in international markets, presenting and selling insurance products, explaining coverage options and answering inquiries. Night shifts are required to align with US-based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow scripted and compliant sales processes
• Qualify leads and update customer information in the system
• Record call outcomes accurately
• Provide responsive customer service and manage objections
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while meeting campaign quality standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve performance

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of insurance sales and the ability to explain policy features clearly and ethically
• Familiarity with insurance brokerage practices and basic finance concepts such as premiums, coverage and payment options
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, empathy and professional telephone etiquette
• Effective verbal communication in English, with clear pronunciation and confidence
• Ability to work night shifts on-site in Lahore
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, finance or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in call centres, sales or insurance is preferred but not required
