Sales Development Executive - USA Campaign

About the role

Keystone Medics offers customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, and is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Executive in Lahore for a USA campaign. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, contacting healthcare providers by outbound call and email, and presenting the company's medical billing and RCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to healthcare providers
• Present Keystone Medics' medical billing and RCM solutions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments or demos for senior sales staff
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Meet defined targets and give market feedback to refine outreach strategies

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, cold calling and pipeline management
• Clear spoken and written English, active listening and relationship building
• Customer service and negotiation skills, including handling objections
• Willingness to work US-based shifts and adhere to compliance expectations for the US healthcare market
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in international sales campaigns, BPO or healthcare-related services is preferred but not mandatory
