Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for US campaigns during night‑shift hours.
• Generate and qualify leads in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up details.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure campaign success.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑centre or tele‑prospecting environment.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Confident, disciplined, target‑oriented and professional attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
