Commission-Based Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

Vision Infinity is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its remote team on a commission‑based structure. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT talent, automation, and technology consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across target markets.
• Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and value‑added support.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong account management and negotiation abilities.
