OTR Field Engineer – Tire Sales & Service (Pakistan)

About the role

Sailun Group is seeking an OTR Field Engineer to drive sales and after‑sales service of off‑the‑road (OTR) tires across the Pakistani market. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring product performance meets expectations and supporting the growth of Sailun’s tire portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell OTR tires to customers throughout Pakistan.
• Provide after‑sales support, gather feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Collect market intelligence and develop market development and competition plans.
• Handle customer claims and complaints in coordination with Service and Technical teams.
• Train customers on product knowledge and relay channel information to internal business departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the OTR tire sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel, including visits to mine sites.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OTR tire products and market dynamics.
• Ability to collect and analyse market data.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
