About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Karachi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries related to investment solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Adhere to compliance and data‑protection guidelines.
- Work flexible shifts (24/7) to meet service demand.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably financial or mutual‑funds industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
