About the role
PTCL Group is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Officer to deliver excellent service to walk‑in customers, handle sales and service requests efficiently, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The role focuses on meeting monthly targets, promoting PTCL products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all walk‑in customers.
- Process sales and service requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
- Promote PTCL products and services to increase sales and revenue.
- Address customer complaints quickly and escalate when necessary.
- Give regular feedback on customer concerns, new products, and process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay up‑to‑date with PTCL product knowledge, services, and SOPs.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
