Cyber Security Sales Manager

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a proactive Cyber Security Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our cybersecurity portfolio across assigned accounts. You will be the frontline executor of sales opportunities, responsible for pipeline creation, deal execution, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new security sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of 1.5–2× the individual target.
• Progress opportunities through defined sales stages with accurate documentation.
• Present PTCL’s cybersecurity offerings, including network security, endpoint security, SOC services, IAM/PAM, SIEM/XDR, and cloud security.
• Collaborate with presales, OEMs, and partners to finalize solution scope, BoQs, and technical inputs.
• Manage day‑to‑day customer engagement, supporting renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate demos, PoCs, and joint customer sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and ensure compliance with pricing and discounting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity sales or related technology sales.
• Strong pipeline management and deal‑closing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.
