Email Marketing Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

Fleekbiz is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own the outbound email and prospect list operations that promote AI development and custom software services to North American SMBs. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role works night‑shift hours and requires end‑to‑end ownership of the cold‑email engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain verified prospect lists using lead‑generation platforms such as Apollo across two distinct ICPs.
• Own the cold‑email engine end‑to-end, including domain warm‑up, deliverability monitoring, sequence setup, A/B testing of subject lines and copy, and continuous iteration based on open and reply data.
• Configure and operate cold‑email platforms (e.g., Instantly) from the ground up.
• Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and ICP qualification for both brands.
• Track, analyze, and report top‑of‑funnel email metrics such as deliverability, open rate, reply rate, and qualified responses.
• Continuously refine copy, subject lines, and outreach angles based on performance data.
• Pass warm responses to the sales team for closing.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on B2B email marketing or outbound sales operations experience.
• Proven ownership of cold‑email programs, including deliverability, A/B testing, and copy iteration.
• Experience with at least one cold‑email platform and one lead‑generation tool.
• Strong written English for crafting and iterating cold‑email copy targeting North American decision‑makers.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up, sender reputation).
• Self‑directed and able to manage a daily rhythm without micromanagement.
