Employer Branding Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to help showcase what it’s like to work at Dubizzle Labs. You will gain hands‑on experience in content creation, employer branding campaigns, and talent marketing while collaborating with our HR and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and promote Dubizzle Labs as a great place to work through creative campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing on branding ideas and content strategies.
• Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Develop employee spotlights, office‑culture posts, and short videos.
• Design simple graphics and visuals for branding campaigns.
• Support events and engagement activities, including career fairs, university outreach, and internal events.
• Capture photos, videos, and behind‑the‑scenes content during events.
• Monitor social media engagement, track campaign performance, and report impact.
• Research employer‑branding trends and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, or other digital platforms.
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn.
• Enjoys working with people and bringing creative ideas to life.
